With over 20 years of experience as an employment law attorney, Twila S. White has the extensive knowledge you need in labor and employment mediation. Attorney White can facilitate discussions and help keep the process moving forward. She has tried numerous cases, in trial and in arbitrations over the years, has trained attorneys in trial skills, and has resolved many cases before mediators. This assists attorney White with having the knowledge to analyze the case from all aspects, exposing the risks to all parties as it relates to settlement discussions whether the case is in pre-litigation, litigation or post-judgment or award. Ms. White has had handled various matters on appeal and can evaluate the risks, collections efforts post-judgment or award, and assist the parties in meaningful settlement attempts.
We offer our services at a rate of $5,000 per day and $3,500 for a half-day of mediation.
